La Forme Plus baking pans are made from commercial weight steel that provides even heat distribution resulting in consistent browning and baking. The 2-layer ceramic-based non-stick surface provides for easy release of bake goods and easy cleanup. Select models also include a magnum coated base that's cut resistant and not affected by acidic or citrus foods.

La Forme Plus' springform pans also feature a new designed buckle for easier opening and closing.
